JOHNNY HOLLIDAY NEEDS YOUR SUPPORT!

Johnny recently found out that his 10 year old grandson Jack, has an inoperable brain tumor.  Johnny and Ray Knight are the broadcasters  for the Washington Nationals.  Here's a clip of them getting "buzzed" in support of Jack.  http://www.masnsports.com/ml/video.php?show_id=111445.  Here's a URL to  status updated on Jack written by his mom Stacie (who was born at St. Ann's in Cleveland when Johnny was still here).  http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/jackrolle

Johnny has raised over $2m for charity over the years.  Please register and sign Jack's guestbook.  Let him know Cleveland is praying for his recovery.  Our best to Johnny and all of his family.  Jack--get well and be happy….

TUNEDEX MEMORIES

We salute the great stations of the 50's and 60's that DIDN'T play "just the hits".  They produced lists of "in rotation" songs each week and distributed them to local record shops to give to customers for free. Those sheets, became the first want list for budding young record collectors.  So in tribute, our programming includes  our choices from the ENTIRE Hot 100, as well as overlooked "flip sides" and song gems that we have uncovered that never got to radio.  We take pride in delivering songs to you that have the same consistent sprit, and feel.  You will also hear vintage station jingles, as well as news, trivia and nostalgia.  Our goal is to take our listeners back to a time in their life when they didn't have a care in the world.
